Construction
Semi-Recessed Roll Paper Towel Dispenser shall hold and dispense one 8" or 9" wide standard towel roll up to 800 ft. long and one stub roll up to 4" diameter. Unit shall be fabricated of 18-8 stainless steel type 304, 22 gauge; door and rear panel of unit shall be 18 gauge. A dispensing mechanism shall be supplied. Door shall be attached to the side of the cabinet with a full length 3/16" multi staked piano hinge and is held closed with a tumbler lock keyed alike to other ASI washroom equipment. Face trim shall be 1" wide formed from one piece with no miters, welding, or open seams and shall have a 1/4" square return to wall. Structural assembly of all components shall be of welded construction. All exposed surfaces have a No 4 satin finish. Unit shall allow settings for towel dispense length of 2-1/2", 4", or 5" with no adapter plates. Unit shall be supplied with SR collar to convert to semi-recessed mounting.

Unit is mounted in wall recess using No 10 self-tapping screws (by others) through concealed mounting holes provided.

Note that top of rough wall opening is 3/4" below top of unit.

Operation
Towels are fed by lever action until supply is depleted. Unit may be reloaded with a full roll to automatically start when finished with an existing partial (stub) roll. Preset length of towel dispensed may be adjusted for 2-1/2", 4", or 5" long increments. Locking door prevents unauthorized access or removal.
