ASI 6462-9 Simplicity Collection Surface Mt Paper Towel Dispenser/Waste Receptacle

Construction
Surface mounted combination paper towel dispenser and waste receptacle full face door is fabricated of 18 gauge stainless steel and cabinet of 20 gauge stainless steel with exposed surfaces in satin finish. Dispenser opening has fully deburred edge for snag free dispensing and user safety. Adjustable guide allows dispensing of single fold, multi fold, and c fold towels. Door is attached to cabinet with a full length 3/16" dia. stainless steel multi staked piano hinge and locks to cabinet with two (2) tumbler locks keyed like other ASI washroom equipment. Waste receptacle has hemmed edges and a rolled edge finger hole for ease of service removal and safety. Structural assembly of body and door components are of welded construction. 9" stainless steel collar included for surface mounting.

Installation
Mount unit to wall with No. 10 self tapping screws (by others) through concealed mounting holes provided in cabinet back. Stainless steel collar is installed on cabinet prior to mounting to wall following instructions included with the unit.

For compliance with ICC/ANSI A-117.1-2003 and 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards, install unit with centerline of towel dispenser slot 48" maximum above finished floor (MAX AFF) only if clear floor forward reach or side reach access is provided. Be advised that local codes may require mounting centerline of towel dispenser slot 40" MAX AFF (e.g. California UBC/Title 24).

For general utility install unit with centerline of towel dispenser slot between 49" and 56" AFF.

Operation
Paper towel dispenser will dispense single fold, C-fold, or multifold paper towels with use of adjustable guide (provided). Towels are fed through dispenser opening by manually pulling through. Refill dispenser and empty waste receptacle by unlocking and opening full face door. Locked door prevents unauthorized access or removal.
