ASI 6467-9 Simplicity Collection Surface Mt Paper Towel Dispenser/Waste Receptacle

Construction
Surface mounted combination paper towel dispenser and waste receptacle full face door is fabricated of 18 gauge stainless steel and cabinet of 20 gauge stainless steel with exposed surfaces in satin finish. Cabinet has 1" wide perimeter trim to lay flush against wall and has no exposed fastening devices. Dispenser opening has fully deburred edge for snag free dispensing and user safety. Door is attached to cabinet with a full length 3/16" dia. stainless steel multi staked piano hinge and locks to cabinet with a tumbler lock keyed like other ASI washroom equipment. Waste receptacle has hemmed edges and a rolled edge finger hole for ease of service removal and safety. 9" stainless steel collar included for surface mounting.

Installation
Surface mount unit to wall with No. 10 self-threading flat, oval, or pan head screws (by others) through mounting holes in cabinet back. Stainless steel collar to be installed on cabinet prior to mounting on wall following instructions provided with unit.

For compliance with 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards and 2015 ABA Standards install unit so that center line of towel dispenser slot is 48" maximum AFF if clear floor forward reach access only is provided. SM collar is installed on cabinet prior to mounting on wall following procedure as desciribed on SM Collar Date Sheet.

For general utility the unit should be installed with its bottom edge 16-3/4" AFF.

Operation
Paper towel dispenser will dispense C-fold or multifold paper towels fed through dispenser opening by manually pulling through. Refill dispenser and empty waste receptacle by unlocking and opening door. Locked door prevents unauthorized access or removal.
