Construction
Recessed waste receptacle has cabinet fabricated of 20 gauge stainless steel type 304 alloy 18-8 and full face door formed from one piece of 18 gauge with no miter and 1/2" return to wall. All exposed surfaces are satin finish. Cabinet has no exposed fastening devices or spot welded seams and 1" wide perimeter trim to lay flat against wall. Door is attached to cabinet with a 3/16" dia. heavy duty multi tasked stainless steel piano hinge and is held closed with two (2) tumbler locks keyed like other ASI washroom equipment. Waste container is fabricated of heavy duty stainless steel with a finger grip for easy removal. Capacity: 12 Gallons
Installation
RWO required is 15-3/4" W x 38-1/2" H x 6-1/4" D
Mount unit in wall recess using № 10 self-threading flat, oval, or pan head screws (by others) through concealed mounting holes provided.
For compliance with 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards and 2015 ABA Standards install unit so that center of waste receptacle opening is 48" (1219 mm) Max Above Finished Floor (AFF).
Operation
Unit is emptied by unlocking door with key provided and removing waste container. Keyed tumbler lock prevents unauthorized removal.
Warranty
One (1) Year Manufacturer's Warranty - Warranted to be free of defects in material or workmanship for one (1) year from date of sale.
