Construction
Automatic Gel Hand Sanitizer / Liquid Soap Dispenser shall hold and dispense up to 34 oz (1 L) of liquid and lotion soaps or gel sanitizer (containing up to 90% alcohol) having a pH in range 7 ± 1.5 and viscosity in range 1-3500 cP (mPa•s). Fluids containing reportable salts or chlorides should be avoided. Dispenser body shall be type 304 alloy 18-8 stainless steel, and black ABS. All exposed stainless steel surfaces shall be satin finish. Dispenser shall be powered by six (6) AA size 1.5 V cells (by others) and shall operate automatically form IR sensor that shall activate soap dispensing when hands are placed in sensor zone. Sensor detection range shall be self adjusting. Dispenser shall pump for 1 to 5 seconds during each activation as preset by owner. A tamper resistant soap level viewing window shall be provided. Unit shall have a removable access lid on top of unit which is opened with special key provided. A label is available separately for optional placement by owner for use with sanitizer.

Installation
Unit is surface mounted to wall or partition by two (2) № 8 pan head self-threading screws. Secure unit by a third screw concealed inside locking removable lid. A mounting template is provided.

For compliance with 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards install unit so that bottom of dispenser is 48" maximum above finished floor (AFF).

For general utility install unit 42" to 46" AFF and 10" minimum above countertop.

Operation
Soap or gel sanitizer is automatically dispensed when hands are placed in sensor zone for about 1-5 seconds. Pumping duration is entered by owner at setup. Window indicates when refill is required. The locked lid opens for refilling with special key that is provided.
Requires six (6) AA size 1.5 V cells (not included).
