Construction
Surface mounted disposable cartridge soap dispenser is fabricated of 16 gauge stainless steel, alloy 18-8, type 304. All exposed surfaces have satin finish. 22 gauge dispenser door is attached to unit at the bottom with a full length stainless steel piano hinge, held closed with a tumbler lock keyed like other ASI washroom equipment. Dispenser lever is ruggedized zamak alloy casting. Valve is fabricated of heavy duty vinyl and is permanently attached to a disposable soap cartridge. Capacity: 1 Cartridge / 1500 washings

Installation
Unit is mounted to wall or partition using No. 10 screws (by others) through concealed mounting holes provided.

For compliance with ADA Accessibility Guidelines, unit should be installed so that dispenser lever is 54" (1372mm) maximum above finished floor (AFF) if clear floor side reach access is provided or 48′′ (1219mm) maximum AFF if clear floor forward reach access only is provided or 46′′ (1168mm) max. AFF if side reach over an obstruction is only provided (i.e. vanity). For general utility install unit so that lever is 46′′ (1168mm) AFF or 15′′ (382mm) above wash basin.

Operation
Soap is forced through disposable valve by pulling the lever forward. Cartridge can be replaced by unlocking and opening door with key (provided).

Procedure for Loading Bag-in-a-Box into typical unit:

1. Load box into unit with nozzle tube facing forward.
2. Pull tube/nozzle all the way out of box after removing cardboard access closure.
3. Orient nozzle to cradle if necessary by twisting tube near bag outlet union.
4. Seat nozzle into cradle and tube into retainer posts, making sure it stays centered.
5. Close door and lock with key.
6. Check to ensure that nozzle tip remained in cradle.
7. Test operate the unit to ensure proper performance.
