Construction Specimen Pass-Through Cabinet and doors shall be 18 gauge type 304 stainless steel alloy 18-8. Adjustable flange and fixed trim shall be 1" wide formed from one piece 22 gage type 304 stainless steel with no miters, welding, or open seams and have a 1/4" square return to wall or partition. Adjustable flange shall provide recessed or partition mounting with an installation range of 5-1/2" thru 9-7/8". Structural assembly of all components shall be of welded construction. Doors shall be attached to the edge of unit with a full length 3/16" diameter stainless steel multi-staked piano hinge and shall be held closed with a spring tension interlocking mechanism which shall prevent both doors from simultaneous opening. Each door shall have an international decal applied identifying usage. A removable stainless steel drip tray shall be provided at bottom of cabinet. All exposed surfaces shall be satin finish.
Installation Mount unit in Partition Cutout (PCO) or through walls ranging in thickness from 5-1/2" to 9-7/8". Fixed flange is secured first through four (4) dimpled mounting holes that accommodate № 10 self tapping Philips flat head (or oval head) screws (supplied). Adjustable flange is then secured to opposite side of partition in same manner. For general utility install unit with centerline of doors at 54" AFF.
For compliance with ADA Accessibility Guidelines, install unit with centerline of door pulls at 48" maximum above finished floor (MAX AFF) if clear floor access is provided or 46" MAX AFF if side reach over an obstruction (i.e. vanity) is only provided.

Operation Specimen containers (not supplied) are manually placed on tray by user through one side of unit and are retrievable on other side when first door is returned to closed position. Interlocked compartment doors preserve user privacy by preventing opening of opposite door until first door is fully closed. Drip tray is removable for cleaning.
