Construction

Waste disposal door and flange are fabricated of 22 gauge alloy 18-8 stainless steel, type 304. Flange has 1/4" 90 degree return for rigidity. Self closing door is equipped with a spring loaded, full length stainless steel piano hinge. All exposed surfaces are satin finish. Adjustable mounting tabs accommodate counter thickness from 3/4" to 1-1/2" thick.

Installation
Counter top opening required 11-1/4" W x 4-1/2" H

Unit is designed for installation in counter top. 4-1/2" (114mm) minimum clearance below mounting surface is required. Mount unit through a cutout specially ordered from counter top manufacturer or field cut. Dimensions of cutout are to be 11-1/4" wide x 4-1/2" high (285 x 115mm). Adjustable mounting tabs accommodate mounting thicknesses from 3/4" to 1-1/2" (19 to 38mm).

Waste disposal door may be mounted in vertical surfaces of counter top, aprons, skirts, or front of cabinets.

Operation
Downward pressure opens the self closing waste door for disposal of used paper towels into waste receptacle (not included). Waste door returns to closed position when pressure is removed.

Warranty
One (1) Year Manufacturer's Warranty - Warranted to be free of defects in material or workmanship for one (1) year from date of sale.
