Construction
Baby changing station recessed diaper dispenser is fabricated of type 304 brushed stainless steel. Holds 24 diaper pack kits (p/n KB133-99).

Installation
To ensure proper installation and compliance to building codes, it is recommended that a qualified person or carpenter perform the installation of the unit. The vender can be mounted on a vertical surface without removing any part of the unit. Any standard fastener not larger than 3/8” (76 mm) diameter such as wood screws, expansion bolts, machine or carriage bolts can be used depending on the type of wall. The wall section selected for installation should be sturdy. The top two fasteners should be loosely installed in the wall with the heads of the fasteners projecting approximately ¼” (6 mm). Raise the top shelf of the magazine into its vend position to expose one of the two top mounting holes in the back of the cabinet. The keyhole shape of the mounting holes will permit you to hang the cabinet on the two fasteners. While in this unsecured position, mark the bottom two mounting holes on the wall and remove the cabinet. Install the bottom two fasteners and secure the cabinet to the wall using washers under the heads of all fasteners.

Recessed Installation:
When installing the Diaper Dispenser in a recessed configuration, you will need the optional (sold separately) trim kit (KB144-99). Cut a rough opening of 42¼ in (1073 mm) x 12½ in (318 mm) in the wall where unit will be installed. Slip flange over the rear of the dispenser cabinet and determine where on the vendor the flange should be attached. This position depends on how deep the vendor can be recessed into the wall and how far out you want the front of the dispenser to be from the surface of the wall. Once the position of the flange on the cabinet has been determined, use flange holes as drill guides and drill holes in cabinet using a 7/64” (178 mm) drill bit. (Do not use an 1/8” 25 mm) drill bit as it will be too large for mounting screws). Secure flange to cabinet using #6 x ¼ ” (6 mm) self tapping screws (provided). Depending on the type of wall the unit is installed on, you may need additional hardware (not provided). It may also be necessary to frame out the rough wall opening to allow for the unit to be securely installed into the wall.
